Since Herne Hill Velodrome was resurfaced in 2011 - and previous track records were a mixture of hearsay and legend - we decided to wipe the slate and start afresh recording all new track records.
All track records must be set in officially registered competition and in the appropriate category.
Team records must be set by genuine teams, with all riders being members of the same club.
